Process

How do the workshops run?

Most AI training stops at the slides. We start with hands-on practice on your everyday work.

Before the workshop we identify tasks in your company that AI can speed up or automate. We tailor the program to your industry.

Hands-on workshop

Each module: short intro (10 min) + exercise on a real task (30-50 min). Groups up to 12 people, 4-8 hours of intensive work.

Materials and support

Written guides, ready-made prompts and checklists. We answer questions by email for 2 weeks after the workshop.

EU AI Act Article 4 - your company is required to comply

Since February 2025, every company in the EU using AI tools is required to document employee competencies. Penalty enforcement begins in August 2026.

  1. What Article 4 requires

    Every employee using AI (even ChatGPT for emails) must understand the basics, limitations and risks of these tools. The company must document this.

Frequently asked questions

  • We work on your team's actual day-to-day, not slides. We take the tasks your people handle every day - emails, proposals, reports, customer queries - and show them how to do those faster with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Everyone leaves with ready-made prompts, instructions and materials, and we answer questions by email for two weeks after the workshop. The goal is a real change in how your team works, not a certificate to file away.

  • Yes. We run the whole workshop in English - slides, exercises and materials - so international teams and English-speaking staff follow everything without a language barrier. We work with companies based in Poland whose working language is English, as well as mixed Polish-English teams. You pick the language that fits your people; the content stays the same.

  • Yes, if your company is registered in Poland and employs staff. Poland's National Training Fund (KFS) covers up to 90% of the training cost for companies with up to 9 employees, and up to 70% for larger ones - your nationality as the owner doesn't matter, only that you are a Polish employer. We check whether you qualify and help you file the application at the local labour office. The money comes back after the training, so a well-prepared application filed within the call window is what counts.

  • Our training starts at around $850, and a full team workshop with materials and post-session support runs up to about $5,150. The exact figure depends on group size, length and how far we tailor the program to your industry. If your Poland-based company qualifies for KFS, your real cost drops to as little as 10% of that. We give you a precise quote after a short call, once we know who we are training and on what.

  • Increasingly, yes. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) requires companies to ensure sufficient AI literacy among staff who use AI tools at work. In practice: if your team uses ChatGPT or any other AI system, they should know how to do it safely and within the rules. Since Poland is in the EU, this applies to companies operating here - our training closes that obligation and teaches genuinely useful skills along the way, not just theory.

  • Yes - we start from zero and assume no prior AI knowledge. Nobody needs to code or know any tools beforehand; we walk the team through it step by step, from their first login to ChatGPT to ready-to-use applications in their work. If some people are further ahead, we give them harder exercises so nobody gets bored. We fit the level to the group, not the other way around.
